- Suitsukala haki hästi peeneks, suru katki (mitte pudruks) keedetud kartulid, lisa juurde munakollane, mädarõigas ja till. Vormi saadud segust 4 kotletti.
- Klopi munavalge vahtu. Pane jahu ja riivleib erinevatele taldrikutele. Kuumuta pann õliga.
- Kasta kotlet kõigepealt jahusse, seejärel munasse ning kõige lõpuks riivleiba ning prae kotlette 3-4 min mõlemalt poolt.
- Kastmeks sega ricotta hapukoorega, maitsesta soola ja pipraga.
- Serveeri kotlette koos kastme ning köögiviljaga omal valikul, näiteks hautatud brokoliga.
